Q1. How can I pay to book a taxi?
The Payments can be made by using a variety of options. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash. Please note that if you book ahead of time and prefer to pay in cash, we may request full payment or a deposit in advance because we sometimes need to send a driver from a long distance and want to ensure that the booking is legitimate.
In all cases your payment is guaranteed by Comfo Cars, in case the driver is late or does not turn up as per standard Terms and Conditions, please refer to the payment section.
Q2. How can I cancel or amend my booking at any time?
Yes, at Comfo Cars, the cancellation or amendment of a booking is very easy and quick.
For a full refund, you must cancel within your cancellation cut-off period, as indicated in the Terms & Conditions. As per our terms and conditions, any cancellation received after the cancellation cut-off time, will not be entitled to any refund.
As long as you give us 24 hours notice before the scheduled pickup time, we will refund your journey in full, less card payment processing fees or 10% whichever is more. Pre-paid bookings will be refunded in a maximum of 15 working days from the moment of cancellation.
No refund is available once the journey has commenced (driver on the way or driver has arrived).
Q3. How far in advance can I book a taxi?
You can reserve our taxis as early as a minimum of 6 hours at Comfo Cars in advance of the time you'd like them to pick you up. If this is a last-minute booking, for us to locate you a suitable driver, kindly give us a call at our listed phone number or text us on WhatsApp. +44 20 3289 9191
Q4. How do I know if my booking is Confirmed?

Q5. How can I book a child seat?
During the booking process, you can select the add-on option to reserve a child seat. Children under the age of three are legally permitted to ride in the rear seats of taxis and minicabs without using a seat belt or child seat. When a kid reaches the age of three, they are exempt from using a car seat as long as they are buckled up.

Once your reservation is confirmed, please let us know whether a kid seat is needed. Please be aware that kid seats are not included in the trip cost and will be paid for according to the tariffs listed on our website. They are also subject to availability.
Q6. How can I order a wheelchair-accessible taxi?
We have vehicles in our fleet that can accommodate wheelchair users. Please let us know at the time of booking if you need a taxi that can accommodate a wheelchair, and we'll make sure you get the right vehicle. You can put a wheelchair requirement note in the booking form.
