CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

1. Bookings made via our website can be canceled and refunded.

2. You must notify us by calling or sending a text on WhatsApp number: +44 20 3289 9191, or by using our website's Contact Us form. Please provide us with your booking reference number.

3. The cancellation deadline specified in your booking confirmation email may be the point at which the cancellation clause is activated. You will receive a complete refund, less the cost of the card. No money will be reimbursed for cancellations made after the deadline listed in the terms and conditions as well as in the booking email. If you choose to pay with cash, your profile will be noted, and until you complete payment, you might not be able to make any more reservations on our website.

4. You have the right to cancel the reservation and receive a full fare refund, with no card costs deducted if you paid for it in advance by card. This is the complete and final settlement of any claim you may have regarding the failure of the driver to show up at the agreed-upon pick-up time, which is 30 minutes after the agreed-upon time, or within 60 minutes if the pick-up point is an airport. You are free to choose to continue the journey, but there won't be any reimbursements if you do.


5. If you fail to arrive at the agreed-upon pick-up point within 15 minutes or fail to contact the driver or the office within 15 minutes, and if the agreed-upon pick-up point is an airport, this time limit is 30 minutes, the driver has the right to assume your booking is canceled and leave. In this instance, you will have no recourse to a return of the fare paid.


6. It can take up to 10 to 15 working days to process your refunds.


7. All refunds will be issued exclusively to the card used to make the booking.


Cancellation Fee

1. A cancellation made 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will result in a complete refund, less any card charges. Other than that, there won't be a refund.

2. If a driver is dispatched and it takes him longer than two hours to reach the designated pickup location, the fare will be reduced by the amount of realistic time spent on the journey, which is calculated at a rate of £25.00 per hour pro rata, plus any applicable card fees. The remaining amount will be returned.

3. If a reservation is made within a 2-hour window, the entire cost will be reimbursed, less the card fee and less driver dispatch time, if it has been dispatched.

4. All of our drivers are dispatched from Heathrow; when determining the value of time in the cancellation clause above, journey time from Heathrow will be utilized as a reference.
